53 – How do you manage your spasticity?
In the 53rd video of the video campaign Kasia describes the different types of massages and which are best for her. She also mentions that it is important to remember to do your exercises and that there are exercises that are helpful and others less. And as well as some of her hobbies like knitting are not good for her because the next day she feels lousy.
